The Psychology of Feedback

In a paper for the University of Chicago, Ayelet Fishbach deals with the effects of feedback. People react to different types of feedback in various ways, and Fishbach suggests that part of what determines the way we deal with feedback is our level of expertise. The example she uses is a language student. Students in a lower level class change their behavior when given positive feedback, and upper-level students tend to change more often when presented with criticism. (Fishbach) The question this prompts for me: Does this correlate to content creators on Youtube?
